Where can I find goose or duck liver in Houston to make foie gras?
To my knowledge, the only place in the whole US selling foie is Hudson Valley Foie Gras.
Try the Spec's downtown....in the frozen food section.
Are you talking about a "fattened" liver or just a "regular" liver ? Foie gras is a fattened liver.
Revival Market might be able to help, or know of a source.
Again, to my knowledge, Hudson Valley FB is the only US producer. One can buy directly from them or through other places like D'Artagnan.
