I feel that Tremblant dining is a bit of a waste land. Nothing really stands out. If you are willing to drive about 30 minutes south you could go into Ste Adele and enjoy L'Eau a la bouche or Les Clef des Champs. It was great, dinners are pricey but the presentation is wonderful. Best value for money is L'Edelweis in Val David. (30 minutes south). Fantastic tasting menu and great wine cellar.
