advice on using summer savory

I've been on the lookout for this herb for a long time, and never saw it as a plant or as a cut herb .... until today! I used eat your books but I'm still looking for the best way to use the small amount I have, without disguising it in a huge herb melange (I love those, too, just not this time).

  1. It is lovely paired with Garlic as seasoning for:
    Mushrooms
    Beans
    Pork, Chicken or Fish
    White Pizza
    Creamed Soups

    1. I have only used the dry, but it is a favorite. I prefer it to both sage and thyme and use it instead wherever either of those is called for. Today it will be stuffing for roast chicken.

      1. Use it in Chimichurri, or gremolata.
