Hazelnut praline - fix for a very humid day!!

My hazelnut praline is absorbing the moisture in the air - any suggestions how to dry it, keep it dry so that I can chop/grind it w/out turning into paste?

  1. Refrigerate it. In humid or damp weather, I keep crisp cookies in a sealed container in the fridge. Learned that from mom. But you have to eat them cool. Once they
    sit out long enough to reach room temp, they're soggy again.
