I like Donostia in alphabet city, it's a Spanish sherry based bar.

Not Latin, but Il Posto Accanto in the East Village (very good Roman-style Italian and wine bar) will be showing all the games.

Louro is an excellent restaurant that will be showing all the World Cup games. The food is closer to Portuguese in nature (that's what they speak in Brazil anyway) and they will be rooting for Portugal (free shot for every Portugal goal)

Boqueria always shows the games. Tertulia is supposed to be showing them too.

Wish I had a Brazillian place to recommend - maybe walk down 46th St (Little Brazil) - I'm sure there will be restaurants showing the games. Emporium Brasil is one (not familiar with it but the WSJ says they are showing it).
