brunch in Marin
Looking for brunch suggestions in Marin - other than Toast, which is good but we've been there a bunch of times already. Grandpa is 94 so the noise level is important!
It's not fancy, but I really like Miller's East Coast Deli in San Rafael. Noise level is good, and the food and service are too. you can also sit outside when it's nice.
I also like the Shoreline Coffee Shop in Mill Valley. Looks just like it has for years and years, but fortunately the food has improved tremendously!
221 Shoreline Highway, Mill Valley
And, if you want to feel like you're living in 1967 Marin, try Mama's Royal Cafe in Mill Valley. I was there in 1967, and it hasn't changed one bit. Food is ok, but the atmosphere is a trip to the past.
393 Miller Ave., Mill Valley
None of these places have incredible mind-blowing food, but they're really pleasant and have decent noise levels. When I'm out for brunch, that's what I look for.
