You mean Orhan Yeğen of Sip Sak (and many other places)? He's landed at Francela, a mostly takeout place on the UES. At least for now.

my bad, yeah, the sip sap guy. he's very peripatetic and guide the globe trotter around manhattan.
I just ate there yesterday (I can't get enough). Orhan took a break from cooking to say hello and give a nice welcome to anyone who happened to be joining him for lunch. They are quite hospitable.
