How are you celebrating National Cheese Day?
At this very moment (I just finished dinner) I am having a dessert of thinly sliced parmesan (I used a vegetable peeler) and some raw walnuts. I love this combo. And I love love love cheese for dessert.
I had no idea, but I just had a yummy slapped-together dinner: leftover plain spaghetti heated in a nonstick pan with sun-dried tomato in olive oil, parmesan, pre-made caramelized onion, splashes of evaporated milk, truffle-flavored oil, and sriracha, and some surimi. Will probably have TJ's caramelized onion cheddar on the onion-flavored brown rice/sweet potato Triscuits (LOVE those) as a snack later, since there wasn't much pasta and now I have the cheese commemoration as an excuse!
Did Hallmark invent this one as well ?
Time to send someone a card with 'Stinky' on it somewhere.
