Grilled Cod Filet
I've never grilled fresh grilled cod filet, will it fall apart or should I foil it.
I always do it on foil (I use the non stick kind - easy to flip no sticking). Had several failures trying wout the foil.
It will fall apart, it's too flaky to turn. You could use the grill to roast it, or grill-bake it with some herbs and veggies en papillote. Parsley, garlic, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced zucchini, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Thanks, I went with the tented foil. Drizzled some olive oil, red pepper flakes, paprika, chives, onions, garlic and a bit of lime juice and was ready in 5 mins. I was going to flip them after 5 mins but they were done. It cooked perfectly can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
