Ontario-wide: summer seasonal -- lunch or dining pop-ups at wineries and tourist areas

In past summers, Niagara wineries such as Southbrook have hosted Treadwell on weekends to serve a short menu of pizza, salads, etc. Norm Hardie in Prince Edward County (in Hillier near the town of Wellington) does a fabulous weekend pizza oven "patio". Please share what Summer 2014 has to offer for road trippers and local food enthusiasts along with exact dates and times we can find these chowfinds -- perhaps even food trucks that serve at particular wineries or parks?

Even better: food near the great 3 beaches: Long Point (Lake Erie), Sandbanks (Lake Ontario), Sauble Beach (Lake Huron).
