Private room/venue for retirement party in Cary?

We're looking for a venue for my FIL's retirement party. They live in Cary, so within that area or possibly Raleigh/Chapel Hill. It doesn't necessarily need to be stuffy or formal, we're happy to do the beer-nachos things as well. More importantly, we want a place where 30 or so people can hang out and do our own thing without constant interruptions from staff or other patrons. A private room or area (like an upstairs) is fine. We'd prefer one without a rental fee, a food/drink minimum is fine. I'm a few years removed from the area so would love some advice. Thanks!

I think Daniels on 55 has a private room.

Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen has a private room and they can also divide up the main dining area. Food is good as has been service on my visits.

Bocci Trattoria and Pizzaria in Cary at Lochmere Pavilion has a private room.
