Freezing Roast Beef

Due to circumstances, I had to cook roast beef early for roast beef and gravy sandwiches for 2 weeks from now :/. I know it won't be as good as freshly made, but I am in need of advice as to the best way to freeze it. Should I freeze the beef and gravy separately, are freezer bags OK or foil? Really appreciate any thoughts :)

  1. I like to freeze meat in liquid in two layers of freezer bag.
    The trick will be to defrost slowly in the fridge.

    1. I would freeze only 4 or slices at a time in a heavy ziplock WITH Gravy.
      Press/ straw-out all the air.

      Instant "boil in bag" for over toast or a single sandwich serving.
