Gluten-free grains?

Hi all, I'm hosting a dear friend for dinner tomorrow night and was going to make this salad: http://www.realsimple.com/food-recipe...

But then I realized bulgur isn't gluten-free. I'd rather not use quinoa. Any substitute suggestions?

    What about brown rice?

      Wild rice

        Lentils. Brown, green or French but not red.

          Millet would work great

            I would use quinoa.
