Spiney Lobster

I love lobster, I have had these kind before in restaurants, seems they usually broil with garlic and butter.
Yesterday, my grocery store had a frozen bag of these (about 10 tails) on sale. I decided to give them a try.
The bag mentions making certain they are thawed in the refrigerator, any other tricks? Anyone care to share a recipe they may use these in?
