Looks like this is not happening. Appears to be back on the market.
There are very few locations that are more beautiful than the Four Oaks location. The outdoor patio with the sycamore trees is amazing. I have no idea why someone hasn't picked up this location for a new restaurant.
Angry neighbors tired of the hassles that came with the lack of parking and nighttime revelry/noise that goes along with alcoholic beverage consumption perhaps?
Beautiful place but Parking was always a nightmare.
