Looking for a great place to host a dinner for 15 people and to keep it around the $15 entre mark?? Suggestions?

Would love recommendations on a place to hold a birthday party. I have approximately 15 guests, would love a separate room, or a place that is not too noisy so that we can hear conversation. Ideally would love to keep the entre price point around $15 and doesn't charge for the separate room rental. Looking in the Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silverlake, surrounding area.

And if you can do the sunday supper - you get three courses for $15!

That's what I specifically linked to (the Sunday night supper).

Perhaps Korean BBQ? Sharing or having family style might cut down on costs.
