Making the financiers from the Bouchon Bakery Cookbook. Do the molds in the recipe's listed dimensions even exist?
While I can always adapt and adjust the recipe, I would prefer to do the recipe as it was intended. The recipe calls for financier molds in 3-1/4" x 1-3/4". I've checked jbprince, fantes, and all over the internet. Anyone know where I can get these?
