Ideas for 21st Birthday in Twin Cities?

Most of my friends will not be 21 yet so I don't think a club or anywhere 21+ is an option. I am open to classy dinner/cocktails at a fancy restaurant or any other ideas you have! Is there any "musts"? Like the most crazy cocktails I have to try? Or maybe some bars where you don't have to be 21 that would be fun?

Any particular location preferences? What's the budget? How many people?

I live in the southern suburbs of the twin cities so really anywhere. The budget is pretty flexible, as long as it's not outrageous. Anywhere from 4-10 girls. But only one of them will already be 21, two if I bring my mom.

If dinner is a part of the event, I recommend Cafe Maude at 54th and Penn. They have some fun cocktails, and good food as well. Mom will be impressed. Music is available later.

I think you'd like Eat Street Social or Icehouse. Both trendy, fun places for a group of girls. Both have serious cocktail programs and Eat Street has a tiki bar as well.
