KHB opens at 5pm every night for dinner. They start lining up around 4:15 to 4:30 every night. Don't tell everybody but they take phone reservations for parties of 8+. Try calling around 3:30 the day of. The parking is terrible.
Went there twice this weekend on Friday and Sunday. The lines were about 60 to 90 mins
Food is great. The best cuts are the pork neck, brisket and marinated short ribs with no bone. The kimchee jigae is very spicy and filled with a lot of tofu and spare pork parts. Not a lot of ban chan. Get plenty of refills of the egg and corn. It's hot and smoky inside.
Easter Sunday parking was especially terrible. I can't imagine what will happen after H Mart opens. Why we need 3 huge Korean supermarkets on the corner of Malvern and Beach is besides the point.
We were able to get in each time with the first wave. If you arrive at 4:30 you should be able to get in at 5pm. After that put your name down go get an iced coffee from 85 degrees and just wait.
