Dining in the vineyard?

A group of us are going to Healdsburg in early August 2014. We'd like to experience a dinner in or overlooking a vineyard. Does anyone have any suggestions? We're looking to spend around $100 - $125 per head.

  1. Had the vegan meal below paired with Devero wines. Appetizers served next to the vineyard dinner in the tasting room. Prepared on site by Chef Matteo Silverman.
    Watermelon Radish Ravioli with
Thyme-scented Cashew Cheese and Basil Puree
    Chilled Celery Root Soup with
Davero Estate Tuscan Olive Oil and Pickled Celery
    Summer Squash al Pomodoro with
    Fresh Herbs and Almond 'Parmesan'
Stuffed Grape Leaves with Rye Berry Pilaf,
Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and Chervil Crème Frâiche
    Eggplant Roulade with
Yellow Corn, Red Okra, and Heirloom Tomato Sauce
    Flourless Chocolate Torte with
Toasted Hazelnuts and Cape Gooseberry Coulis

I love DaVero's products esp. the Meyer lemon oo. They limited us to two bottles each this year.

      Dinner sounds just lovely.

    2. St. Francis is one to consider, although a bit more than you want to spend at $148

Bear in mind that St Francis famed chef left a couple weeks ago.

        1. Quivira in Dry Creek Valley near Healdsburg has special dinners outside at their winery, somewhat overlooking, or at least in sight of, their vineyards. Not sure about early August.
