Should tempranillo be bubbly?
Help, 'hounds! I just opened a bottle of 2011 Finca del Castillo Tempranillo, and it's seriously effervescent. I've had reds with a hint of effervescence, but this is verging on champagne levels of bubbles. Is this wine supposed to be this way, or did I get a bad bottle? Will I poison myself if I drink this?
