Can I coat leg of lamb and refrigerate 24 hrs ahead of cooking?
I'm using mustard, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. I coated the bottom of a large Tupperware container (actually 2, as I have one and a half legs) and the top of both legs, covered loosely with wax paper and put in frig.
Is that O.K.?
Also, I plan to cook both at the same time. Thought I'd put my thermometer in the smaller piece, when that's done, remove it from oven and place thermo. in larger leg. Small = prox 3lbs, Large = prox 5.5lbs.
Any advice would be appreciated.
