Where can I find churros in Brooklyn around Park Slope or anywhere

My young nephew saw a show on the Food Network in which churros were featured and he wants them. They live way out in the country and it is his birthday and I want to UPS some to him. Does anyone know where I can get them? I know there is sometimes a lady selling them on the Pacific Street train station but I want something more definite than that.

  1. I'm not sure how these would travel, but that all depends on how quickly you can get them to him.

That said, should you want the Spanish version (versus the Latin American versions) there's a place dedicated to them in Manhattan:

Thank you! I agree about the traveling but I just want him to know that I am paying attention to what he wants from the big city. They will be there in 1 day vis UPS.

      1. I promise this isnt intended as snark - have you considered hitting up one of the subway vendors? the N/R platform at atlantic pacific used to have 2 to 3 of them during evening rush hours - think they went for a few for a dollar. theyre not going to arrive in ideal condition either way. . .

I don't take it as snark at all. Those vendors are not there all the time and in fact were not when the D train arrived at Pacific Street this afternoon as I was traveling home with the churros from La Churreria on Mulberry Street. I have packed and shipped them with the greatest of care knowing full well that they might not be in good shape. For insurance of yummy treats I made sure to pack lots of Easter candy from Jacques Torres. I spoil the kids. All I know is they better not ask for Cronuts, they will be out of luck. Thanks again everyone!

        2. Bogota Latin Bistro has churros on the menu.
