For what I gather they changed hands ...new owners? .Any change in quality? Thanks
In addition to using higher-quality ingredients, there are warm bialys, bulkas, pletzels, etc. coming out of the oven at different times during the day.
They will be closed all next week.
I think the quality has improved much.
I was there last Sunday and the bagels and bialys are as good as they ever were.
I hadn't heard about the change in ownership, but I didn't notice that they tasted different. They were really very good.
