It sounds like you do not need the bakery to be kosher / kosher for Passover, that just flourless ingredients work. In that case, Sweet Adeline, Crixa and Masse's all have fantastic choices. My personal favorites are from Masse's.
I did. I thought it was good but it was extremely dense (definitely no egg whites in it) It either needed some dairy on top-i.e. whipped cream or ice cream to cut it, but I could not do dairy. I would try something else next year from Marla or B. Patisserie.
