Historic Tavern / Restaurant / Inn for small wedding in North NJ or Rockland County, NY

Hi,
Anyone know of a nice old restaurant/tavern or other old venue for a small wedding of 75-100. I'm looking for an Old English Pub type feel. Similar to the Sergeansville Inn (http://www.sergeantsvilleinn.com) or the Old 76 House in Tappan, NY. Looking for a sit down dinner but hopefully it has some space for dancing. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  1. Tough one...for some reason the Ho Ho Kus Inn popped into my mind. Not sure at all if they have room for that size, but they have a nice "pub" bar area. I have no idea if they even handle weddings and the like.

Does the Old 76 House not handle weddings?

    1. Apparently Old 76 House does do weddings...

      1. A slight bit out of the area, but close is the Iron Forge Inn in Warwick: http://www.ironforgeinn.com/Weddings....

        1. Doral Arrowwood has The Pub restaurant. It might be worth considering. Has the Old English Tavern ambience.

          1. Kittle House in Chappaqua (not far afield from where you were looking) is an old inn. I don't know if it has the atmosphere you're looking for but they do weddings.
