It's fine. Up to a year.
Freeze in original packaging.
If unpacked, wrap in Saran Wrap, then tinfoil, and you're good to go.
Yup! And nope! But seriously its good for a loonngg time in the fridge thanks to the fact its already fermented.... (Well, unless you already opened it)
I opened it and used half, but vacuum sealed the other half so that might be equivalent to unopened.
It will totally be fine in the fridge 2weeks that way, but freeze away without worry too.
