Sunday night; 17 people, what me worry. But where?

I just got this question on my blog but am hardly able to answer (except to suggest La Grande Cascade):
"Hi John, love your Paris blog and I need help! I have a group of 17 (12 of them are chefs) on a Sunday nite in Paris and I need a fairly priced, good place to eat!! Any help would be appreciated."
Ideas?

  1. The backroom of Jeanne B rue Lepic.

For movers and shakers? And it won't seat 17 - next................

Movers and shakers who don't know that they should not go out in a group Sunday night in Paris should be thankful for any place suggested.

    2. You know, you don't need to solve everyone's problems such as this one. You're not paid as a concierge. I'd hesitate before sending out such a demand for free to someone I've never met.

"You're not paid as a concierge."
You're not the first person to note this failing on my part.

      2. Wasn't there a similar request on here a year or so ago. Similar MO group of chefs in Paris on a Sunday etc etc. is it the same person asking for help?

Really ? Where is his report ? I'd love to read it.

How can I find out? Is there a search function ;-)

Merci. Hey, is this April Fool ? There IS a search function.
If it is the same poster for whom Aux Lyonnais and Albion are options, he and his chefs will weep in ecstasy chez Jeanne B rue Lepic. Therefore our venerable concierge should not be afraid of failing and having to commit harakiri.
