Where to buy dutch (alkali) cocoa powder

Does anyone have a clue which stores sell alkali cocoa powder the dark sweeter ones? thanks.

    Have you tried your local supermarket or gourmet deli? Dutch process cocoa is not hard to find.

      Depends where you live. In NDG you can find it at Crazy Kwak (or whatever the russian store is called, next to the SAQ on Somerled), at Akhavan (probably the cheapest here), at Wawel on Sherbrooke or Chopin on Decarie. I haven't been in a long time, but I'm thinking Bucharest on Decarie probably also carries it.

        Aubut sells Cacao Barry dark cocoa - it's definitely Dutch process. BTW, regular Fry's cocoa that you can buy from any supermarket is also Dutch process too. It's actually harder to find non-Dutch process here.
