Some friends and I are going to Montreal for three days and were looking for a great steakhouse that is not sedate or chain-y. Also any other suggestions welcome for "Don't Miss" places. Thanks!
I'd suggest either Moishe's, Gibby's, or Queue de cheval if you've got the $$$
Is one preferable to the others. I like a busy place, too. Queue seems to be busy and good. Is that accurate? I certainly don't want to sacrifice good for busy. Money, for this meal anyway, is not a real issue. Thank you for the quick reply!
If you are looking for a combo of hip atmosphere and quality, Queue de Cheval is the better choice. Moishie's, being an institution in Mtl, is frequented by an older clientele with the decor to match.
I agree--you want Queue.
