where can I find that, DCM? or do I have to wait until I get to France?
I bet a shmear of it would be tasty on a beef filet, although I know filets are not DCM's preferred cut. I had a filet with Roquefort at Houston's in Addison TX, excellent, and I don't mind the butter topping at Ruths Chris.
I used to sell it when l sold, have not seen in States for a while. Checked Murray's and they do not have.
