New season: Heartland Table

2nd (I think) season begins Saturday at (I think) 10:30 a.m. I really enjoyed the 1st season, so looking forward to this.

    But don't worry FN will rerun them.

    I have seen the fried chicken, the horseradish and the cheese episodes. The horseradish was particularly interesting because it was such a departure from what we usually see on FN cooking shows these days.

    Overall, her delivery and instruction seem to have improved a bit. It's a good show and it keeps the focus on food and you can believe that Amy has some credibility with what she's talking about. It's relaxing and enjoyable to watch and you can learn a few things.

      Le sigh...someday I'll actually find a show at its very beginning! Didn't know it had already started airing--thanks.

      I like her calm style and realistic looking kitchen, rather than a high-style set.

      However, I still shake my head about so much butter and cheese when the TV chef is maybe a size 2. How????

        I like her calm demeanor, too.
        Everything is more real, to me. When the host keeps telling me how perfect everything of theirs is, I want to tell them to get over themselves!
        I'm still catching up on last season- I need to set my dvr to record her, really.

          I agree. It's a show with a calm laid back feeling. I like it.

    2. So did Season Two only get one run-through or something? it's already dropped from the FN schedule again.
