Szechuan String Beans with pork - Long Island

Golden Cove in Greenvale has been my goto spot to get my fix for this dish they call "Szechuan string beans with meat".
It's salty. It's tiny little pieces of pork meat. It's addictive. In the nearly 25 years I've been patronizing this establishment it has always been my one goto dish. I have not seen it anywhere else. I have not been able to request it successfully elsewhere. I took a picture of the menu so I can, with your help, hopefully find another source of this addictive concoction.
In the spirit of Chowhound, I kindly request of all Chowhounds, if you have had this dish or have seen it elsewhere on Long Island, please, PLEASE share it's source. I will drive from the south shore to wherever they are serving this amazingly good string bean.
Be well and keep Chowhounding!
Thank you. I Googled and got pics of similar looking dishes.
I have been offered no meat versions of this, but they fall short on flavor. String beans with shrimp doesn't cut it either. The reason I think is the crispness of the beans. They just gotta be real crisp like.
I will try to seek and request 'Dry Fried String Beans' next I am in a Chinese restaurant.
Do you know of a place that makes this?
Fortune Wheel in Levittown has Sauteed String Beans (with meat) on their menu. It rang a bell so I checked the menu on line. It's been a while but I remember liking their crispness and I always add chili paste because I like things spicy.
