Cooked Pork Belly
Went to Trader Joe this morning, was tempted and fell for the cooked pork belly. But the recipes I was thinking of in Molly Stevens' braising cookbook are for raw pork belly. Does any chowhound know what to do with already-cooked pork belly?
I hope some of you will have yummy suggestions, because the idea of bacon that's more than bacon is so alluring!
