easter meat pie
need help for easter meat pie
It's that time of year again!
The meat pie is called Pizza Rustica (although it uses pie crust, not pizza dough). Served as an antipasta, at least in my family. Easter Pie usually refers to the flavorful cheesecake dessert version, which is NOT what you're looking for.

Last Easter I made Grain Pie, and also Rustica; they are sort of the same idea, but with very different ingredients. Yeah I gained a few pounds around that time.
Just found a better shot of the two...if you get stuck, I can write my recipes out. Not sure that's what you're looking for though, or just general advice?
