Anyone know where I can buy this? Just checked Lunds & Byerlys site and they don't carry it. I want to make souffles and don't want to wait for Amazon. Thanks!

  1. Try King Arthur--that's where I've gotten it before (but several years ago, so I can't verify).

    1. I've seen Jay Robb EWP at Whole Foods. Give them a call to be sure though.

      1. You sure Lunds and Byerlys don't carry it? Maybe not on the website, but I swear I have seen it in the stores.

        1. Lynn's Cake & Candy Supply in Fridley stocks it.

            1. Have you ever thought of just buying liquid egg whites? I think they have a better taste and consistency than the powder. The powder is best-used for cake decorators who are making royal icing.
