Bonaparte with older kids?

Hi,

We are headed to Montreal for our first visit with our kids ages 10 and 11. Staying in Old Montreal the first 2 nights; we get in at 5. I was thinking of making a reservation at Bonaparte for dinner the first night, but would like advice as to whether there are menu items that kids would like! They are not picky, but not super-adventureous eaters (yet!).

If not, any suggestions for a good restaurant with options for kids in Old Montreal?

Thank you!!

I have successfully taken our boys at those ages to Chez L'Epicier, Bonaparte and Toque. The restaurants are very accepting of well behaved children. As far as food they wood like - the food is all very well prepared. While imaginative (especially at Toque and Chez L'Epicier) it is still based in fine quality ingredients. My "picky" son still managed to enjoy his meals immensely.
