Thai New Year Festival 2014 (Songkran Festival)

Is there any Thai New Year Festival open to the public in the Chicago area? There is a huge Festival open to the public in Silver Spring, MD (DC area). They have food, drinks, snacks, clothes, plants, trinkets, tons of people, and more food. It's usually on a Sunday, the first or second week of April. Anything like that in Chicago?

According to my Thai friends and coworkers, they usually celebrate it in the Buddhist temples. Most of the congregants bring food for everyone. And most of the congregants who bring the food also own/operate Thai restaurants around the Chicago area.
