More mention of "Sauces and Shapes" on Food 52!

I might be making "sugo con i Broccoli alla Siciliana (Pasta with Broccoli, Olives and Pistachios)" with romanesco cauliflower, but maybe without the pasta.

Is that 1 1/2 cups pistachios? What do you think about subbing chopped preserved lemons for the olives? I got no olives. I'm going for it! With farfalle.

Uh oh. Looks like it's ounces, and that equals 1/3 cup.

Well, I really like pistachios, so it's all good.

                  Thank you!

Eating "previously enjoyed" batch right now. It's good!
