  1. Were you in Wellesley last November? Did you try the suggestions on that thread? Probably not much has changed.

I always grab a meal at Alta Strada when in town, their version of tuna nicoise is very tasty

    2. Drive to Newton Center and go to Sycamore. Make a reservation for peak times or be prepared to wait.

hi i looked it up on line we were there too i didnt recognize the name it was great

      2. Focusing exclusively on restaurants that weren't on your post from last year (Sycamore would have been my first recommendation), three additional suggestions: Strip T's in Watertown, Sichuan Gourmet in Framingham, and Oishii in Chestnut Hill. All three have been discussed ad nauseum online, so searching for any of them will give you plenty of idea of what you're getting into. (Short answer, in all three cases, is superlative food, though if you're in Wellesley because your consulting firm has put you up at Babson for a few days, the settings may not be suit-and-tie-appropriate).

If you don't want to go far and have a hankering for Indian, Singh's Cafe on Washington Street is very good too.

If ever you want a quiet evening in your quarters at Babson and don't want to be out in public, the seafood takeout at Captain Marden's in Wellesley is very good.

          2. Cafe Mangal on Washington Street in Wellesley is very good. Turkish/Mediterranean menu.

            1. Spiga off Highland on Needham/Newton border is good Italian; Blue on Highland in Needham is decent "New American", and Dunn Gahrein is a solid, casual restaurant/bar on Eliot St. in Newton. In Wellesley, Capt. Marden's on Linden St. is simple, fresh seafood & BYOB.
