Kitchen Goods Stores in Tucson

  • 4

Hi Southwest 'hounds, and Tucson 'hounds in particular,

I'll be in Tucson at the end of the month and while there I want to buy a knife or two for my daughter, who is working there. Any good kitchen stores there where we'd find a knowledgeable person to help us?

Thanks in advance.

  1. Crate and Barrel is all I can think of. Yelp has good reviews of a local (I like supporting local vs chain) place called blade runner knives. Clearly, you could also go to Macy's but I doubt they have any solid knife skills. However, not too far away is Tumacookery in Tubac. Solid store with knowledgable staff and a cute town to boot. Good luck!

    1. If you want to take a little drive north to PHX, this place rocks for knives.

      1. If you want a selection of good quality knives, there is a Williams-Sonoma store at La Encantada, which carries Global, Wustof, and J.A. Henkels knives.

Christyar, BillB, and Missvenuz---thank you very much! I will do some on line sleuthing, calculate distances, and determine which we can go to. Thanks again.
