Chile Pasilla Ancho??
I have a mole recipe that calls for both dried Pasilla and dried Ancho chiles. I also have a package of dried chiles from Christopher Ranch labeled "CHILE PASILLA ANCHO". What do I have-ancho or pasilla??? I thought they were two different chiles.
