Had a great ceviche recently made from this farmed yellow-tail-like fish, which is mild and firm. An old Seattle PI article says its sold at Uwajimaya - anywhere else?

        Not too much "Oy"... Amberjack sashimi is delicious, just a bit harder to find. Mutual sometimes has it, and can probably source it as a request even if they're not carrying it regularly at the moment.
