Henri II and Passe-Partout...and Fois Gras
For many years my husband and I ate with great pleasure at Henri II (near Sherbrooke). One day we went and it was closed (owner/chefs retired). Those of you familiar with this wonderful restaurant and the other possibilities in Montreal -- where would you go to replace the experience?
Passe-Partout will be closed for vacation while I am in Montreal next week (August 7 - 11). Passe-Partout Fans -- is there an equivalent you would recommend?
Where can I get great Fois Gras?
