Fresh gluten free pizza dough in the Boston area to buy or recipe

Hi I have many food restrictions for health reasons. I live in the Boston area and have searched and called restaurants wanting to buy fresh pizza dough.
I don't want frozen or per made.
I need to avoid soy, bean flours, psyllium husk, maybe xanthan!
If you know if a place to buy fresh without preservatives, please let me know. I'd be happy to have a recipe if all else fails. Thanks

    1. I have a GF friend, who recommends Blackbird Bakery's Cookbook. She also sells a bread blend that sounds like it would work for you to make your own pizza dough, more info at

Ingredients: sorghum flour, potato starch, glutinous rice flour (derived from sushi rice), gluten-free oat flour, tapioca flour, powdered egg whites, guar gum and cane sugar

Yes I have her book but need to buy her mixes. I can't use processed mixes. Thank you.

      2. I also wonder if you might want to think about a different kind of pizza crust. I've heard that cauliflower crust is a lot better than you'd think it would be. Maybe worth a try?

I'll look into it, but don't want to go to the trouble. Thank you
