wonder if you're familiar with these 2 things

anyone tried any of the new flavors of Oreo's?
(we have not but am curiously intrigued by the speckled ones)
anyone else see the commercial during we think the SuperBowl about the new Reese's peanut butter cups that contain Butterfingers inside?
(we've looked countless places where the obvious allure is on chocolate bars but so far, not seen them)

    1. I was in the store last week to get regular Oreo's for my DF and this guy started telling me about the new Birthday Cake Oreo's. I bought a package and ate half in two days. So good. I didn't see those other ones, but then, I didn't look. Will have to check them out.

I saw those "birthday cake" ones in China a few years ago. That's not exactly a specific description of a flavor, unless they meant to add a subscript of "regardless of what it says above, chemicals reside here."

In other news, did you try the limited edition candy corn Oreos?

      2. Tried the Lemon Oreos last week. Don't know what I was expecting but was disappointed. Too sweet and rather flat overall.

        1. I've had the cookie dough and peanut butter. The cookie dough is a little too sweet, too confectionery sugary for my taste, I do like the peanut butter. Nothing just beats an original oreo....well besides an original double stuffed!

          1. I think you're trying to remember a commercial for Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups (Nestle).

What have you been doing that both affects your short term memory and makes you want candy?

knuckle my short term memory hasn't been affected by anything and I've done nothing that makes me want candy.

I saw the commercial too and didn't remember anything beyond someone was trying to copy Reeses. They should have had a catchy song maybe, or offered free samples ;-)
