Best hamentaschen in NYC

Where are they?

      1. I am partial to the hamentaschen at Moishe's on 2nd Ave.

        1. I like the hamentaschen at Prime Butcher Baker, on the Upper East Side. In Brooklyn, I like Presser's, Schreiber's, Ostrovitsky's. I like the Yossi's jelly hamentaschen, but not the chocolate ones. The prepacked Ostreicher's and Reisman brands are pretty good too.

            Reisman brand "pretty good"? Seriously? They go straight into the garbage when I unpack the shalach manot I receive. One man's meat is another man's poison, I guess.

          2. I just had some fantastic halva hamantaschen from Schreiber's in Brooklyn.
