Sunday Roast - London

I'll be in London for the first time in a few weeks, and I'd like to have a traditional Sunday Roast - something we don't really do in the States.

Where should I go?

Some things to consider:
-We're on a budget, so hopefully something less than £20 or so.
-We'll likely be at the British Library on Sunday afternoon, and our hotel is near the Aldgate East tube station - so preferably somewhere near one of those places, or in between.

thanks for any suggestions!

If you do a search for "Sunday Roast" you will find a collection of past threads:

The Draper's Arms in Islington is perfect for this and perfectly located between Aldgate and Euston with only a slight detour.

I second MIT's reco for Draper's Arms in Islington.

If you find yourself in the north or south of London, I love The Bull in Highgate and The Ship in Wandsworth, both are warm and friendly and do a great sunday roast.

I went to the Bull for that very thing weekend before last, I think they're approx £13-14.
