Mystic Fish, Guppy's on the Beach or Salt Rock Grill?

Looking for great seafood for dinner with local fish among the choices. I've narrowed it down to these three. Want upscale experience (not a dive) and extra points for a view but not necessary. Must have healthy choices too. Chowhounders, which do you like best?

I had to take a look at Salt Rock's menu again. I don't see much fish offered on their menu.

I have always enjoyed their fresh catch "Oscar". A bit different in that the crab portion is a softshell crab. The last time I had it, it was prepared with fresh mahi and was excellent.

Even though you have made your reservations I'll comment for future readers.

I have never been impressed with my meals at Mystic Fish.
Guppy's has always delivered fish prepared perfectly. Even though Guppy's is on the beach the view is largely a road and a parking lot. I have not tried Salt Rock Grill...

Please give a review of your dinner at Middle Grounds! Recent experiences are appreciated and sometimes hard to find on this board.

Guppys and Mystic Fish are owned by the same people...

Yes, which is why I've always been puzzled with the difference in my experiences.

I guess it is similar in that I loved Eugen's but E & E Stakeout Grill just never did it for me...
