Good recipe for cauliflower gratin with creme fraiche?

A few years ago, I made a delicious cauliflower gratin with creme fraiche, but I can't find the recipe now. It might have been from Epicurious, but I can't find it.

I searched these boards and the site and can't find one.

Can anyone suggest a good recipe for a nice cauliflower gratin that avoids stretchiness in favor of creaminess, and isn't bland?

Thank you!

Keeping it simple bc I'm on mobile, cheddar = stretchy, creme fraiche = creamy.

I am going to guess "starchiness" and "starchy" and hyperactive auto-correct.

Can't help with recipe but hope someone does, it sounds great!

I haven't made this, but this recipe sounds promising - with hazelnut and breadcrumbs:

Thanks - it turned up in my Googling but I generally prefer recommendations from this wise forum. I'm thinking of trying this one: http://oliveoilandlemons.com/cauliflo...
